A new financial year is beginning and PAW is starting the year with renewed hope. We have cleared all bills for year 2025–2026 with the generous help of our well-wishers. But we cannot sit idle — the recurring expenses every month are ₹2 lakhs and as of now we depend solely on donations to help us through.
Big News for PAW
With help from individuals and large NGOs who enable smaller organisations like PAW, we have been able to buy land 28 km from Kannur town where the present shelter is. Building of infrastructure will start soon.
Building in Three Phases
This includes an effluent treatment plant (mandatory to obtain the panchayat's permit for construction) and an electric connection to the site, including approximately 10 posts.
We need very generous donations to complete this work and shift the present rescues there, as well as meet our recurring expenses. Please donate generously and spread the word to other individuals and charitable organisations that might be willing to help.
